Austral Rigging’s grouting practices ensure we can provide a complete grout bed for the precast panels to land on, to provide the panel with a stable base. Grout is prepared in accordance with the required specifications, ensuring all horizontal joints are properly sealed, providing protection from the elements.

Our caulking practices show a great deal of care and effort has been used to seal the panels. Quality materials are used to ensure they pass our rigorous in house pull testing, which allows us to provide our clients with the tailored service they need for the best results including warranties and guarantees.

During the installations of precast panels small amounts of damage may occur, to rectify this we provide a patching service included in the installation package to ensure each panel is up to a high quality standard.
